Referral Program Terms
π Effective April 1, 2026
By participating in the PaperLink Referral Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms. These terms supplement the general Terms of Service.
1. Commission. The Affiliate earns 50% of each payment made by a referred customer, for up to 12 months from that customer's first payment date. This applies to all billing cycles (monthly and annual). An annual payment counts as 12 months, completing the commission period in a single payout.
2. Tracking. Referral links use a 12-month cookie. If a visitor clicks the Affiliate's link and registers within 12 months, the referral is attributed to that Affiliate. PaperLink uses last-click attribution - if a visitor clicks multiple referral links, the most recent one receives the credit.
3. Payouts. Commissions are paid within 30 days of the referred customer's payment. Default method: USDT (TRC-20). Alternative methods are available upon request at info@codestreamly.com.
4. Minimum payout. The minimum payout amount is 50 USDT. For payouts of 50 USDT or more, PaperLink covers the network fee. For payouts below 50 USDT, the network fee (typically 1-2 USDT) is deducted from the payout amount.
5. Taxes. The Affiliate is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations on earned commissions in their jurisdiction.
6. Modifications. PaperLink may update these terms or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. Existing referral links remain active for their full cookie window, and Affiliates continue earning commissions on already-referred customers for the full 12-month period.
7. Anti-fraud. PaperLink reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse commissions in cases of fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity, including but not limited to spam, cookie stuffing, and misleading advertising.
